Is garlic a blood purifier? Is garlic a blood cleanser?
Unfortunately, it’s not, and although you may read somewhere on the internet that it’s true, it’s not!
Garlic is just a vegetable, and the idea of blood cleansers is definitely wrong and not true at all!
The first thing you need to understand about your body is that it already cleanses your blood and your system from toxins and difference pollutants, and it does this through an amazing organ called your liver!
Indeed, your body doesn’t require an intervention in order to cleanse your blood, it already does this throug h the help of your liver and kidneys as well, and it does it wonderfully well!
So, if someone tells you that garlic is a blood cleanser or purifier, then, he or she is just talking nonsense!
I’ve read so many posts on the internet and I have talked with a lot of people on forums and discussion groups, and many still believe that garlic has blood cleansing capabilities, which is absolutely not true!
Garlic contains many anti-inflammatory and antibiotic compounds, that’s it!
It’s a good vegetable, in fact, it’s great and it has lots of benefits, but garlic won’t be able to cleanse or purify your body, only your liver can do this, and to achieve this, you need to take good care of your diet, in fact, you need to consume lots of foods that are rich in fiber and phytonutrients, these are the only elements which are going to cleanse and purify your body from toxins and cholesterol molecules as well.
Anyone telling you otherwise is just trying to sell you something or doesn’t know what he or she is talking about!
Where does this idea come from?
Unfortunately, a lot of people think that garlic, because it contains lots of sulfur compounds that are very healthy for your cardiovascular system and can also act as natural antibiotic, is able to cleanse and also purify your blood!
Well, it’s not true.
Garlic has limited effect on your blood, it can only act on your cholesterol molecules because it’s rich in antioxidants, it’s going to reduce oxidization, which is very dangerous for your heart and over all cardiovascular health.
In conclusion, garlic isn’t a blood cleanser; in fact, if you would like to cleanse your blood, you should eat a healthy diet, one which is full of fibers, as mentioned before, and lower your processed foods intake as much as possible.
Stop relying on supplements, “practice” and enjoy a diet that’s rich in beans, grains, whole foods, and lots of vegetables.
It’s the best thing for cleansing your blood and having a healthy cardiovascular system.
