It’s very easy to use garlic on your skin!
Right now, you probably think that by applying some few drops of garlic oil or by rubbing raw garlic, you are doing your skin a favor; you are helping it stay protected! Right!?
However, this is not the best way to use garlic for your skin!
Indeed, you can use garlic oil directly, but it will cause more damages than help and I don’t want this happening to you.
This is why I’m going to show you in this post how to use garlic for your skin the right way, trust me, it’s very easy and it doesn’t require a lot of efforts and ingredients.
First, why should you use garlic for your skin?
Simply because if you are suffering from fungal or bacterial problems, it will clear them!
I don’t want to lie to you and tell you that garlic is going to give you glowing and fantastically beautiful skin!
This won’t happen, and the truth is that your skin is determined by your diet!
So, if you are not consuming healthy foods that are rich in antioxidants, then, your skin is going to look terrible, so, the best way for you to use garlic on your skin is to do it only when you are suffering from bacterial or fungal problems, otherwise, don’t use it, you are just wasting your time!
What type of funguses am I talking about?
Most common ones!
I’m sure that this is going to sound too good to be true, but it’s the truth, garlic is very powerful when it comes to fungal problems, and you should use it whether you are suffering from fungal or bacterial infection in your skin.
One more word of advice, if you are suffering from an autoimmune problem, like eczema for example, then, you should probably use garlic oil as well, in fact, you should use garlic the way I’m going to advise you in this post.
Here are the ingredients you are going to need:
- One teaspoon of olive oil
- One garlic clove
- A pinch of turmeric
- And one drop of tea tree oil, this is optional, use it only if you have it.
Now, I want you to mince your garlic clove then add to it your olive oil and warm everything just a little, then, add the remaining ingredients and keep stirring, when you are done, simply apply on your skin, it’s this easy!
However, the thing you have to understand here is that you should not use this on a daily basis, because this recipe is very powerful and may cause more inflammations and more damages on your skin if you keep on using it all the time, just use it once or twice a week, it’s more than enough.
Please, if you have a question about using garlic for your skin, don’t hesitate to ask me, after all, I’m a garlic expert :-), so to speak.
