I’m sure that you already know that green tea is fantastic for your health, but have you ever heard of green tea and garlic?
I really doubt this because most people don’t know the effects of combining both green tea with garlic and how it can be extremely healing and helpful for not only your cardiovascular system, but for also your digestive system and colon health as well.
The first time I’ve heard about mixing green tea and garlic, my jaw dropped!
I couldn’t believe myself, and I couldn’t believe that some people were so amazing to the point of mixing green tea and garlic to make a fantastic beverage that’s not only very healthy, but it’s also extremely energizing.

It’s not only very powerful, but it’s amazing for increasing your overall health because it contains lots of antioxidants that are going to protect your arterial walls from oxidizing cholesterol, which is by far the worst thing that can happen to your blood circulation.
- The second one is protecting your gastrointestinal system.
Because you are using both green tea and garlic, which contain very powerful antibacterial and antifungal properties, your gastrointestinal system is going to be highly protected.
Every day, we inhale and ingest huge amounts of bacteria, especially if you are an avid meat and processed foods eater, you are simply flooding your gastrointestinal system and your body as well with these tiny parasites, and from time to time, you need to clean things, in other words, you need to drink green tea and garlic, because they will get rid of these bacteria very rapidly and also increase your immune response in case things get bad.
