I won’t lie to you, I consume garlic vinegar almost every day, and for the last three years, I didn’t get a single flu! In fact, last time I was sick, was two years ago, I had a small cold!
Absolutely no fever, no diarrhea, and no problem whatsoever!
The only exception to this is a violent diarrhea I had seven months ago when I went to a party with my friends, I had lots of fish, and I really suspect that I got parasites from seafood!

Trust me, as long as cholesterol doesn’t stick to your arterial walls, it will not pose serious threats and will not cause you troubles, this doesn’t mean that you should have high levels of cholesterol, try to lower it as much as possible.
