Do garlic pills lower blood pressure?
First of all, I have to tell you that I know a thing or two about the subjects, not because I have done a lot of research, but because I had a lot of experience dealing with it!
My father in low was suffering from terribly high blood pressure, hypertension, for over ten years, and he used raw garlic to lower it to healthy levels, and not garlic pills!
When my father-in-law was having lots of troubles with his blood pressure, he started feeling headaches, nauseous, and weak all the time!
Soon, he started taking heavy medications in order to remedy this condition, then, we read about the benefits of garlic. The first thing we thought of was buying garlic pills and taking them every day, unfortunately, his blood pressure only decreased slightly, but the real benefits and positive changes really came when he started taking raw garlic!
Indeed, from my experience with my father in low, garlic pills are not very efficient for reducing high blood pressure, instead of using them, you should use the real deal, raw garlic, which is amazing for not only reducing blood pressure, but to also maintaining your cardiovascular system healthy, which is extremely important if you’d like to enjoy healthy and longer life.
- So, how can you use garlic to lower blood pressure?

The first and most important step that my father in low took was to change his diet radically!
And I want you to do the same, step-by-step, but you need to do it anyway.
So, cut down on meat, dairy, eggs, poultry, cheese, fish, and even “game meat” because these foods are terrible for your cardiovascular system, they contain lots of cholesterol, lots of saturated fats, and even worse, lots of sodium which is going to increase your blood pressure tremendously!
My advice is to lower these foods as much as possible and eat the following instead:
Dark green leafy vegetables, vegetables, fruits, lots of whole grain products, and nuts, especially walnuts and almonds, they are the best for reducing your blood pressure healthily.
- The next step is using raw garlic on a daily basis.
Every day, before he goes to bed, my father in low crushes three garlic cloves, mince them a little, and then using a spoon, swallows everything with lots of water.
This not only reduces his blood pressure healthily, but it’s also very beneficial for preventing cancer and other cardiovascular problems as well.
And as a side bonus, he confessed to me that he feels very young again, and here, I’m talking about his sexual life!
Because garlic is going to clear your arteries and help reduce the clogging effects of cholesterol, it will also increase your sexual stamina, which is fantastic.
And trust me; garlic pills do not give you these benefits!
So, do garlic pills lower blood pressure?
The answer is: only a little, but if you would like real changes, you need to change your diet and to also get going with garlic, every night, before you go to bed.
