Does garlic help lower inflammations?
Absolutely yes, garlic is amazing for reducing inflammations and for healing your body from different pain levels very rapidly, and in this post, I’m going to explain to you how to use it the right way.
Because most people don’t know a lot when it comes to using garlic for inflammations, they just think that adding or sprinkling some few garlic powder or raw garlic after meals is more than enough; even worse, some may think that taking garlic supplements on a daily basis is more than enough!
Well, it’s not, if you would like to use garlic for reducing inflammations, you need to know what you are doing, most importantly, you need to use it the right way, which is what I’m going to show you in this post.
So, how to use garlic for inflammations?
This is what I’m going to show you later on in this post, but for now, let’s talk about the reason why garlic is so amazing for reducing inflammations?
Simply because garlic contains lots of anti-inflammatory compounds, most importantly, sulfur compounds such as allicin, these are responsible for reducing inflammations in your body, most importantly, in your cardiovascular system, which is where inflammations cause the most havoc and increase risks!
Indeed, if you have very few inflammations in your cardiovascular system, you are not going to have cholesterol stuck to your arterial walls and have high risks of strokes and heart attacks!
The amazing thing about garlic and inflammation is that the more you consume the less inflammations you are going to suffer from, which is very healthy and helpful as well.
The second reason to use garlic for inflammation is because it contains lots of antioxidants as well.
Garlic is also very rich in antioxidants, these are molecules responsible for lowering DNA damage and oxidative stress in your body, in other words, if you have lots of inflammations in your system, you are probably also suffering from lots of oxidative stress, and the more garlic you consume, the more you are going to flood your body with healthy antioxidants which are going to limit oxidation and also reduce pain levels dramatically.
Now, let me show you how to use garlic for inflammations:
It’s very simple, you will need to prepare garlic the right way:
Every day, I want you to warm one teaspoon of olive oil and add to it a pinch of turmeric and just a small pinch of black pepper, then, peel three garlic cloves, mince them, put them in a big spoon, and add your olive oil/turmeric/black pepper mixture on top, then, swallow.
I know that this is going to sound strange, but this is by far one of the best anti-inflammatory homemade recipes you can consume, it’s very rich in antioxidants and also in anti-inflammatory compounds, however, you should not consume it on a daily basis, once every three days is more than enough to reduce most inflammations in your body.
