To tell you the truth, I was taking garlic in the morning for a very long time, probably more than four years, but after hearing many “complains” from my wife, friends, coworkers, and even my boss, I had to stop!
However, if you are not in my situation, or if you have a fantastic chewing gum, then, I highly recommend you to take garlic in the morning because it’s fantastically beneficial and it will help not only your gastrointestinal system, but also your cardiovascular health and energy levels tremendously.

Indeed, I was taking raw garlic in the morning, and the truth, is that it’s the most efficient type of garlic you need to take in the morning or at night, but due to social reasons, you may not be able to do so, so, as a way to get over this, you should probably enjoy cooked garlic or pickled garlic in the morning instead, however, the benefits of raw garlic outweigh cooked and pickled garlic tremendously, so, I highly recommend taking raw garlic in the morning, because it’s the most beneficial in my opinion and it’s also very convenient, more importantly, taking one clove in the morning is more than enough to give your body a boost of energy and health.

One of the most important reasons why more and more people are enjoying raw garlic in the morning is because it will lower their blood pressure healthily.
When I was young, whenever my father had high blood pressure, my mother would crush two garlic cloves and gave them to him to swallow, soon, he would be feeling normal and healthy again!
This image stayed in my mind for a very long time, and when I grew up, I would always advice people to take garlic especially in the morning if they are suffering from terrible high blood pressure.

I have tried this myself and I can assure you that garlic is amazing for your stomach and also for your whole digestive system.

If you are all the time suffering from gas, diarrhea, bloating, constipation, or even funguses such as candida, then, taking garlic in the morning is going to help you a lot; in fact, it’s going to reduce gastrointestinal issues tremendously while also giving you a fantastic appetite.
