Should you use garlic for baldness?
In other words, using garlic for hair loss and hair thinning?
The answer is yes and no!
I’m sure that this is going to surprise most of you, but it’s the truth, I don’t want to lie to you and give you false hopes!
Sometimes, garlic is going to work for baldness, but this only works when you are suffering from fungal problems, but in general, garlic is really effective when it comes to baldness, it’s because of this:
Most baldness in guys is due to hormonal imbalance!
It’s true, you may increase hair production through garlic oil for example, but to say that it’s going to limit baldness is just far-fetched and unrealistic!
I know that one day I’m going to become bald, this is the reality of being a guy, we have testosterone, which is a very powerful hormones for our hair follicles, it increases hair growth and production cycle as well and it causes them to exhaust themselves and to lose their capabilities of producing healthy hair.
Using garlic oil has been proven to increase hair growth and decrease hair loss, but when it comes to baldness, it’s hormonal, and it’s very difficult to get rid of this problem or just reverse it, especially when you are already bald!
So, can you use garlic for baldness?
The answer is only temporary!
Yes, you can apply garlic oil, and it can definitely increase hair growth a little, but sooner or later, your hair follicles are going to exhaust themselves and die, then, you will become bald!
What should you do?
It’s very easy, the most important thing to do is to check healthy solutions that are already efficient, and here, I’m talking about minoxidil.
I’ve advised many of my readers to start using minoxidil when they are starting to notice baldness symptoms, in general, it’s very efficient and will reduce hair loss dramatically, however, the thing you need to understand here is that whenever you stop, you are going to start losing your hair, so, in the end, you need to accept the fact that you are a man and that you will one day or another lose your hair!
And if you are still interested in using garlic for baldness, then, I highly recommend that you use the following recipe, I have tried it myself, and it has increased my hair growth tremendously, I’m sure that it will work for you, but not as minoxidil, trust me, this chemical compound is very powerful when you are suffering from male pattern baldness.
So, take three garlic cloves, peel and mince, then, put them in a glass container, and add to them one tablespoon of olive oil and one teaspoon at jojoba oil, when you are done, mix everything, and add five drops of peppermint oil.
Wait for one day, and then, start using on your scalp, don’t forget to massage, trust me, this garlic oil is very efficient when it comes to baldness, however, as mentioned before, it’s not as efficient as minoxidil, so, you are free to choose.
