Staph infection is caused by a bacteria called Staphylococcus, which is present in more than a quarter of the population, however, to most people, staph infection will never occur, and to some, it will infect the feet because they are the most likely areas of the skin to catch the bacteria from the floor.
Staph infection is usually going to infect an area of the skin after a cut, as this is a direct way to your body’s internal tissues.
Usually, staph infections are going to be treated with common antibiotics, but throughout the years, new strands of Staphylococcus have begun spreading, these trends are extremely resistant to most antibiotics and are very difficult to get rid of.
So, can garlic treat staph infection?
In theory, yes! Garlic can treat staph infection; however, I do not recommend using it!
It’s because such a dangerous bacteria should not be treated with homemade recipes and some over the counter supplements, if you decide to treat your staph infection with garlic, you are simply going to increase the resistance of the Staphylococcus bacteria and you may even find in the near future huge difficulties getting rid of it!
So, I do not recommend treating staph infection with garlic or garlic supplements!
What you can do is simply help your body deal with the infection when taking the right antibiotics.
In my opinion, the best thing to do is to avoid consuming garlic when taking conventional staph infection antibiotics as garlic may interfere with some of them and other medications.
The best thing you can do is drink a lot of water and start eating healthy, avoid meats, chicken , dairy, eggs , fish and other inflammatory foods that will cause problems.
The next thing I highly recommend in order to help cure your staph infection is to start taking vitamin D supplements.
It is an amazing substance that will increase your immune system strength and also help you deal with infections and diseases much more quickly.
You should take at least 4000 UI a day, because most people are deficient. And after two months of supplementation, you should start taking only 2000 UI a day.
And I do not recommend vitamin D2, only vitamin D3, which you can get in some liquid supplements with olive oil, it is the best in my opinion because I’ve tried many brands and olive oil vitamin D3 is the most efficient one.
In conclusion, I do not recommend using garlic for staph infection, the Staphylococcus bacterium is very dangerous and to use just garlic to treat it is madness!
Consult with your doctor and see what antibiotics are going to be efficient for your situation, then start eating healthy and add as much vegetables and fruits as possible to your diet, don’t forget to supplement with vitamin D3 and vitamin B12, they are extremely important for a healthy immune system.
It is okay to add garlic to your salads and dishes; however the problem is in overdoing it! Three cloves a day are more than enough in my opinion.
