Garlic cures candida! This is what I have been telling my female friends and readers of this website for a very long time!

So, every day, enjoy a healthy diet that’s very rich in fibers, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and most importantly, whole grain and whole wheat products.
Fiber is the most important element you need to focus on for healing your body and getting rid of candida.

Now, the second step you need to take on a daily basis is to enjoy lots of water, at least three liters.
I advised my wife to do this because she was constipated all the time, she didn’t have regular bowel movements, and when she started drinking water regularly, her candida symptoms lessened a lot and she was able to get rid of most of her thrush symptoms and smell as well.
So, I want you to follow these instructions:
Every night, before going to bed, peel three medium garlic cloves, raw, press them slightly, then, mince them, when you are done, put in a spoon and swallow using lots of water, do this preferably on a full stomach, never on an empty stomach as garlic can cause stomach reflexes.
You should do this for at least thirty consecutive days and your candida will be gone forever.
