I keep receiving so many questions when it comes to high blood pressure and garlic from many readers, and unfortunately, most don’t understand that garlic isn’t a magic pill, in other words, if you are suffering from high blood pressure and you want to reduce it through only eating garlic, then you will end up failing!
As mentioned in many of my previous posts, you need to deal with high blood pressure through the foods you eat first.
In other words, you need to change your diet and you need to eat foods that are very beneficial for your cardiovascular system, beans, lentils, greens, vegetables, and lots of whole grains and whole wheat products, the ones that contain lots of fibers.
The less processed, the better.
The less the ingredients, the better.
The more fiber, the better.
These are the rules to always abide by if you’d like to increase your health while also decreasing your high blood pressure to healthy levels very quickly.
Trust me, there are lots of foods that are going to help you reduce your high blood pressure healthily without recurring to medications, but if you are in a hurry and would like to reduce it temporarily and efficiently as well, then I highly recommend that you use garlic.
However, you need to know what you are doing because eating too much garlic can be very bad for your intestines and also for your stomach as well, but in general, if you use the technique I’m going to share with you in this post, you eat garlic the right way, you will end up reducing your blood pressure healthily and adequately as well.
So, here is how to eat garlic for high blood pressure:
The first thing to do is to always eat garlic the right time:
And here, I’m talking about appetite.
Never try to eat garlic in the morning, first thing! I’ve tried it many times and I ended up hurting other people around me and even throwing up shortly after!
So, only eat garlic before going to bed, it’s the best time to get its amazing effects while avoiding hurting other people around you through its stinky smell and your breath.
Now, here is how to do it:
Every night, before going to bed, and after having dinner, mince three peeled garlic cloves and put them in a large spoon, then swallow with lots of water, at least one cup, and that’s it!
I know that this is going to sound and look too simple and too good to be true, but I guarantee you that it’s the truth, you will reduce your high blood pressure healthily while also maintaining your cardiovascular system protected and healthy.
However, don’t neglect the first advice I’ve given you, try to change your diet for the better, it’s the only way to get permanent results when it comes to your blood pressure.
