Have you ever heard of garlic liver cleanse? Well, this is what I’m going to talk about in this post, whether this is true or not!
The first thing I need to tell you is that there isn’t such a thing as garlic liver cleanse, in reality, your liver is able to cleanse itself by itself, it doesn’t really need garlic, other herbs or chemical, it only needs some simple things from you to, and this is what I’m going to tell you in this post.
It’s true, garlic may have some cleansing effects on your body, but not your liver, indeed, garlic is going to cleanse your intestines, it’s also going to get rid of many parasites and pathogens in your gastrointestinal system, especially your colon, but when it comes to cleansing your liver, I have never heard of this, and throughout my research, I understood that the human liver is going to cleanse itself by itself, and it’s not going to require garlic or other herbs in order to do this, it only requires some very few efforts from you.
So, let me show you now how to cleanse your liver naturally and healthily, without relying on garlic, although this can be very healthy.
Indeed, consuming raw garlic on a daily basis, one to three cloves a day, is extremely beneficial, not only for cleansing your gastrointestinal system, but for also maintaining a very healthy liver and body as well, but I don’t really believe in cleansing your liver using anything else other than the things I’m going to share with you today:
- The first one is drinking a lot of water.
Indeed, water is the most beneficial liquid you need to drink on a daily basis to maintain your body and especially your liver functioning correctly.
I see many people talking about cleansing their bodies using different compounds and herbs when in fact they can just drink three liters of water a day in order to have a fantastic health and to get rid of most toxins in their bodies and especially their livers.
So, every day, I want you to drink at least three liters of water, and forget about pure water, I want you to drink water that is rich in minerals and nutrients, water that’s very beneficial for your bones and also for your whole body.
Forget about purifying water, it doesn’t really help you and in fact, it has been proven to be a determining cause of bone fractures and poor bone mineral density as well.
- The second one is fasting.
Every year, I fast for at least six days, and by fasting, I mean not eating anything!
Indeed, our system, our body, wasn’t designed for this abundance of food we live in nowadays; it wasn’t designed to be surrounded by rich food and by lots of nutrients all day long!
In fact, our body was designed with starvation in mind, with wars and disaster surrounding us all the time!
By eating, in fact by overeating, on a daily basis, we are just destroying our bodies and increasing our sicknesses!
This is the reason why I stop eating six days a year, I just drink water, during the first hours, I struggle with my body, with my willpower, and with my survival instincts, and soon, I just sit down and feel extremely happy, of course, I don’t fast six consecutive days, I only fast two consecutive days at a time, three times a year, in my opinion, this is the best way to cleanse your liver.
